From the moment of arrival, you’ll experience a place like no other. The relaxed comfort of Pelican Hill® takes inspiration from the work of 16th century Italian architect Andrea Palladio, best known for his grand homes across the Venetian countryside. Like the Mediterranean, the sun-drenched climate of Southern California allows for indoor spaces to open up to the outdoors and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.
Each one-story Bungalow Guest Room or Bungalow Suite features a limestone fireplace, private ocean-view terrace, hand-hewn wood beam ceiling, marble bath and adjacent parking. They are a spacious 847 to 1,694 square feet.
Our Villas are set in an exclusive, gated enclave and are a more intimate way to enjoy the resort with a private clubhouse and pool, butler service and dedicated staff. The Villas – from 2,000-3,073 sq. ft. – offer 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms and expansive ocean-view terraces.
